The Role
We’re looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our London studio. This is a key role in driving seventy7’s growth; you’ll be at the heart of building new relationships, identifying opportunities, and shaping how we expand.

What you’ll do
- Deliver growth and hit sales targets, building on our strong reputation in creative content
- Respond to inbound enquiries with engaging proposals that win business
- Drive outbound sales activity from prospecting and lead generation to pitching and closing
- Build long-lasting client relationships in partnership with our Client Services Team
- Research and qualify prospects, identifying decision-makers and opportunities in target sectors
- Own the sales process end-to-end: pipeline management, KPIs, reporting, and conversion
- Collaborate with our Marketing Team to ensure campaigns generate quality leads
- Be the first point of contact for all new business enquiries managing them from lead to signed deal
- Represent seventy7 at networking events, building a strong industry profile
What you’ll bring
- Proven track record in new business acquisition (both inbound and outbound)
- Strong lead generation skills and experience closing high-value deals
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build trust quickly with clients and internal teams
- Experience producing compelling sales proposals and delivering pitches
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge and passion for retail sectors, especially technology, beauty, fashion, jewellery, and home
