We are a creative content agency working with a wide range of retailers from start-ups to some of the biggest brands and names in the world of fashion, home, and more. Our team based across London, Manchester & Mumbai have the capability, creativity and commercialism to provide creative solutions for our diverse client portfolio, including renowned brands like M&S, Jimmy Choo, and Kurt Geiger. Our services include creative, photography and video production, branding, web design and digital marketing, all of which are wrapped with end-to-end account management and logistics production - put simply we plan, create and optimise content for our clients.
This role will be based in our London studio complex in SW6, which is our premier location for all aspects of content production, from product stills to model and video.
We’re looking for an Ecommerce Producer to join the Seventy7 production team and help us deliver excellent content to key clients. You will be responsible for the end-to-end production of photography and video shoots for ecommerce produced within the agency, working hand in hand with client services, creative, on set teams and post-production. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating high quality work and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Managing multiple ecommerce shoots end-to-end from pre-production to post-production and delivery.
- Brief shoot and post-production teams for all accounts. Ensure creative guidelines and briefs are adhered to and jobs are delivered on brief, on time and on budget.
- Prepare and manage shoot lists, timelines and delivery trackers.
- Manage set up elements from pre-production to shoot, ensuring studio and creative teams have backgrounds, lighting plans, equipment and props etc.
- Organise models and castings including licences, HMU artists and any freelance bookings required including POs to monitor spend.
- Attend and support all studio shoots.
- Oversee quality control throughout production and post-production to ensure everything is delivered to the highest standard and nothing is missed.
- Building strong relationships with clients, working as a client-facing producer on set and maintaining communication on day-to-day accounts.
- Working with internal and freelance teams of creatives, photographers, stylists, retouchers, video editors and account managers to get projects through each internal approval stage before delivering to client.
- Report shoot related enquiries, updates and additional costs to the Client Services team throughout the live process.
- Create and maintain Ways of Working and brief documentation, ensuring this is up to date as changes arise.
Key Skills & Experience
- Used to managing multiple ecommerce sets per week.
- Experience with product data and following creative guidelines.
- Be super organised with a phenomenal attention to detail.
- Great with excel and google sheets.
- Have lots of energy and a can-do attitude.
- Be a multi-tasker. You must have the ability to manage a heavy workload and work under pressure, by effectively prioritising, planning and overseeing multiple tasks at any one time.
- Ability to lead a project and team.
- 2-3+ years of Production experience.
- Proficient in Google docs, Microsoft Office, Photoshop and Bridge.
