We are a people-focused organisation with a growing portfolio of businesses, based in the heart of the global insurance market in the City of London, with offices across the UK. We're looking for an experienced, commercially minded Senior People Business Partner to join our Group People Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic HR professional who enjoys partnering with senior leaders, managing a People Partnering team, and shaping people strategies that drive business performance and growth.

This role is based between our London/Chelmsford offices, with ad hoc travel to our UK offices as required.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Partnering with senior leaders to develop and deliver people strategies that align with business objectives and support growth.
  • Manage People Partnering team, driving consistency, capability and a commercial partnering approach.
  • Coaching and influencing leaders to build high-performing teams.
  • Leading organisational change and supporting acquisitions and integration projects.
  • Providing expert guidance on complex employee relations matters and employment risk.
  • Using people data and commercial insight to support decision-making and business performance.
  • Supporting talent, succession planning, engagement and retention initiatives.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a HR/People Business Partner in a commercial environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience supporting organisational change and business transformation.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to balance people and business priorities.
  • A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with excellent judgement.
  • Insurance, broking or wider financial services experience is highly desirable.
