We're looking for an experienced, commercially minded Senior People Business Partner to join our Group People Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic HR professional who enjoys partnering with senior leaders, managing a People Partnering team, and shaping people strategies that drive business performance and growth.
This role is based between our London/Chelmsford offices, with ad hoc travel to our UK offices as required.
What You'll Be Doing- Partnering with senior leaders to develop and deliver people strategies that align with business objectives and support growth.
- Manage People Partnering team, driving consistency, capability and a commercial partnering approach.
- Coaching and influencing leaders to build high-performing teams.
- Leading organisational change and supporting acquisitions and integration projects.
- Providing expert guidance on complex employee relations matters and employment risk.
- Using people data and commercial insight to support decision-making and business performance.
- Supporting talent, succession planning, engagement and retention initiatives.
- Proven experience as a HR/People Business Partner in a commercial environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience supporting organisational change and business transformation.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to balance people and business priorities.
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with excellent judgement.
- Insurance, broking or wider financial services experience is highly desirable.
