We’re supporting a growing technology and infrastructure services business in the search for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to focus on new business growth across enterprise and commercial property markets.

This role will involve developing relationships with landlords, property groups, consultants, and enterprise clients, managing opportunities from lead generation through to commercial close.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Strong B2B business development experience
  • Background in telecoms, electrical, infrastructure, managed services, or building technology
  • Experience selling into commercial property or enterprise environments
