A fast-growing B2B demand generation provider is seeking a commercially driven Account Director to develop and expand revenue across enterprise accounts. This is a full-cycle sales role focused on both new business acquisition and account growth. You will be responsible for building pipeline, closing deals, and managing key client relationships, while consistently delivering against monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development through proactive prospecting and pipeline generation
- Manage and grow enterprise accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion and retention
- Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to contract negotiation and close
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to support accurate revenue forecasting
- Engage stakeholders through consultative selling, aligning demand generation solutions to business needs
- Develop strong relationships across key accounts through networking and strategic account management

What We’re Looking For

- Highly organised with strong time management skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote, autonomous environment

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
