The Team & Role
As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing cross-functional projects that drive strategic initiatives across the company. You will manage the planning, execution, and completion of projects that align with SevenRooms’ growth objectives. This position requires a strong mix of project management expertise, analytical skills, and strategic thinking. You will work closely with leadership and teams across the business, including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, leveraging your analytical skills to identify challenges, develop solutions, and ensure successful project execution. This role will report directly to the Senior Director, Corporate Strategy & Operations.

What You’ll Do
- Project Management: Lead the end-to-end execution of multiple strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with objectives, and measurable results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, allocate resources, manage timelines, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Strategic Planning: Assist the Senior Director, Corporate Strategy & Operations in developing and refining long-term strategic plans, ensuring that key initiatives are on track and aligned with SevenRooms’ objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement across the organization, implementing best practices to enhance operations and increase overall performance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the key liaison between departments and the leadership team, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to assess project outcomes, measure success, and provide actionable insights that drive continuous improvement.
- Risk Management: Anticipate potential obstacles and proactively develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and within scope.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and progress reports, ensuring stakeholders are informed throughout the lifecycle of each project.
- Work directly with leadership: You will get the opportunity to work directly with the executive team, such as the CEO and SVP of Strategy & Operations on the most critical strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects at the company.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in project management, consulting, strategy, or operations roles, preferably within a technology, SaaS, or hospitality environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus.
- Ability to take ownership of projects, work autonomously, and demonstrate initiative to drive change.
- Skilled in identifying issues, assessing risks, and finding creative solutions to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis, financial modeling, or KPI tracking to support data-driven decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com) and productivity software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
