About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be responsible for creating new business sales opportunities for SevenRooms by researching restaurants, hotels, and hospitality operators in the NAM region. You'll identify, engage, and qualify prospects that fit within our target customer profile, serving as the first point of contact for potential customers and evangelizing the power of our innovative guest experience & retention platform.

  • Prospect and identify clients.
  • Connect via email outreach and cold calling, inspiring prospects to learn about how SevenRooms can be an asset to their business.
  • Manage an organized pipeline.
  • Test new technologies to source contact information and facilitate outbound outreach.
  • Discover new target markets and implement thoughtful campaigns.
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails, assisting the sales team by identifying relevant decision makers.
  • Establish strong working relationships with prospects in the UK.
  • Build rapport with different stakeholders.

  • You have 1+ years of previous work experience with strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time.
  • You’re comfortable in a quota driven sales environment with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You’re a self-motivated and determined individual who likes the challenge of setting and exceeding goals, with innate curiosity and results-oriented mindset.
  • You have cold calling, sales training and Salesforce.com experience (preferred) with the natural ability to quickly build rapport and relationships.
  • You have restaurant, nightlife or hotel industry experience (a plus) and thrive in environments that require proactive thinking and relationship building.
