Sevenoaks School is currently seeking to appoint a Deputy Heads' PA. The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.
We are looking for an individual who has strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, parents, and students. Highly organised and administratively efficient, with excellent attention to detail and strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and databases). Able to prioritise effectively, work under pressure to tight deadlines, and adapt flexibly to changing demands while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and a positive, proactive attitude.
The closing date for applications is 18/03/2026 at 11:59. First stage interviews will take place on 19th March on TEAMS, and the second stage interviews will take place onsite on 30th March. The School retains the right to interview suitable applicants and appoint before the deadline.
