Job Description

📍 Location: Sevenoaks, Kent

🕒 Hours: After school hours Monday through Friday

💼 Type: Casual

We are seeking football coaches with experience working with U7-U12 age groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead on the delivery of regular sessions
  • Create and maintain positive relationships with children and their parents
  • Opportunity to have a direct impact on the improvement of the programme (quality of coaching, innovative ideas etc.)

Job specification

  • Experience of working in an educational or sporting environment.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for working with young people.
  • Ability to work in different settings and venues (both outdoors and indoors facilities at various locations)
  • Flexibility in working hours
  • Proactive attitude
  • Confidence to communicate effectively with young children and their parents
  • Creativity in sessions and the wider role.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum UEFA C license
  • Experience coaching U7-U12 age groups
  • National Futsal license (preferred)
