Join our friendly Customer Solutions team. You will answer telephone enquiries, assist face‑to‑face enquiries at the Argyle Road reception, and work as part of a team on a shift rota covering Monday–Thursday 8:30 am–5:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am–4:45 pm.
Responsibilities
- Answer telephone enquiries and questions on council‑wide issues using IT systems.
- Assist with face‑to‑face enquiries at the main reception (Argyle Road offices).
- Work flexible hours, including after full training from home or from the office.
- Resolve customer enquiries constructively to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Vision for excellence in customer care.
- Strong IT skills and excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Flexible approach to working and self‑motivation.
- Previous contact centre / customer service experience is advantageous; full training will be provided.
