Salary: Up to ยฃ50,011 plus a 10% Market Related Payment and a Golden Hello Payment of up to ยฃ5,011

- You will be part of the out-of-hours Dangerous structure rota (1 week in 8) for which an additional payment is made. Training and support will be available if desired.
- You will have the opportunity to work on larger and more complex projects beyond your current Registration level, under the supervision of an experienced surveyor.
We are looking for
- An individual who is enthusiastic and motivated, with an eye for detail and capable of working to deadlines.
- A professional Registered Building Inspector from Class 2A to 2F.
- Someone who has a desire to develop, to learn and participate in a thriving team.
- A full driving licence and a vehicle.
This role will be based at our Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks Kent TN13 1HG. We currently operate a hybrid working model where at least 2 days a week are office based after inspections.
