Be part of our successful Council Tax team to compile and maintain records of our 100,000 properties across the Sevenoaks and Dartford districts. Our team are responsible for dealing with all aspects of Council Tax, from administration and billing to recovery and enforcement.

You’ll be responsible for answering telephone enquiries covering all aspects of Council Tax and responding to emails and letters received from our customers. If you have a customer service or retail background, a passion for delivering excellent customer service, and the ability to stay calm under pressure, then we would love to hear from you!

This role will be based at our Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 1HG. We currently operate a hybrid working model for the majority of our role, where your working time will be divided between the office (2-3 days) and home working (2-3 days).
