Wellspring Academy Trust is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support students with Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) and academic learning within the classroom, as part of a small team.
You will work with up to 8 students, guiding Maths, English and Reading, helping pupils build resilience, social skills and self-esteem, and deploying effective strategies for diverse behavioural needs. DBS checks apply, visits welcome.
