Sevenhill is a training and development consultancy that enables leaders to inspire, develop and equip their teams to deliver greater business results and an improved quality of life. Sevenhill was founded by Chris Watkins and Jane Ansell in 2005 and has had 19 fantastic years.

Brief

We are looking for a Senior Change Consultant who specializes in high-performing culture creation and development. We are specifically seeking someone who is skilled in identifying, shaping, and evolving organizational cultures, with experience supporting large global corporations at senior levels.

Our initial demand is for a specific High Performing Culture project which is due to begin in April 2025 and run through to around December. This project is for one of our global multi-national clients. We expect the project to offer between 10-20 days per month over the 9 month period.

This role will require global travel to America, South America, India, and potentially Singapore for short periods of time.

This role is ideal for someone who is looking to work on an associate basis within an exciting, dynamic company. We are looking to onboard the right person for this position in the next 2 weeks if possible.
