Southall office based 5 days in 6 £32,500 + Commission
Our client is a market-leading bakery business, renowned for their high-quality bakery products that are available to grab on-the-go. They offer over 500+ premium frozen baked good products and pride themselves on innovation and high-quality products.
The role involves:
- Building strong relationships with both customers and colleagues, creating a positive and supportive team culture.
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to help them achieve their full potential.
- Being a customer-focused leader who thrives on resolving issues, improving experiences, and delivering excellent service.
- Communicating effectively and working collaboratively across departments to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Creating an engaging, high-performing environment where people feel valued, recognised, and empowered.
- Working 40 hours per week, with the customer office open Sun-Fri, and being expected to work 1 in every 4 Sundays.
