About the Role
  • Maintain and update product specifications, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage technical information across internal databases and customer platforms, including ERUDUS, Nutritics, ANDI, and Smart Supplier.
  • Validate product labels, claims, and documentation to ensure compliance with UK food legislation and food safety standards.
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to obtain and manage technical data, certifications, and compliance documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits by ensuring specifications, records, and technical documentation are audit-ready.
  • Monitor food safety, allergen, and regulatory developments, implementing corrective actions and process improvements where required.
About You
  • Degree qualified in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years experience in a Specification Technologist, Technical Administrator, Technical Assistant, or similar food industry role.
