- They are now seeking an NPD Manager to drive further success across the product range.
- This person will lead new and existing product development (NPD & EPD) bringing the product pipeline to life.
The role:
- We are seeking an experienced Product Development manager to lead the development of NPD and improve the existing range.
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure innovation plans are delivered in line with business strategy.
- Develop product concepts and manage the innovation pipeline.
- Staying up to date with food trends and translate insights into relevant product concepts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration with sales, marketing operations and technical teams.
Ideal candidate:
- Food related degree qualification.
- NPD experience within an FMCG environment.
- Experience of developing a product pipeline.
- Knowledge of the stage gate process.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- A proactive self-starter, able to work equally well whether part of a team or self sufficiently.
- Organised and time management.
- Results driven.
- Commercially minded.
- A passionate foodie with creative flair!
