The role involves being a dynamic and commercially minded Senior Innovation Project Manager to take a central role in delivering innovation and activation programmes. This is a high-impact position where you will connect strategy to execution and ensure that brand initiatives are delivered brilliantly, on time, and in full. You will work across multiple teams to shape the innovation agenda, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure best-in-class execution in market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the innovation pipeline and long-term roadmap
  • Drive integrated commercial and annual planning processes
  • Align senior cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply, Finance) to deliver seamlessly
  • Oversee execution of launches and activations in market
  • Manage risks, priorities, and trade-offs across multiple projects
  • Improve processes, systems, and pipeline visibility

  • Branded FMCG / Consumer goods experience
