Our Client is an extremely successful, fast-growing online retailer based in Central London. It is a highly commercial environment with a fast-paced culture focused on delivering a best-in-class customer experience. This role is ideal for an individual with fresh foods buying experience who wants to join a scale-up business where they can play a part in the growth and expansion of the business.
Location: 4 days in the office (Central London), 1 day from home.
The Role: As Senior Buyer Fresh Food, you will develop, implement, and review a branded buying strategy for a specific range of product categories, delivering both customer and profitability objectives. The Senior Buyer Fresh Food will understand data-driven insights and market trends to identify areas of growth and opportunity that will grow sales and profit. In this role, the Senior Buyer Fresh Food will own supplier negotiations, driving profitability and availability. Working cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, pricing, and partnerships teams, the Senior Buyer Fresh Food will lead the category strategy and vision that will exceed customers' expectations and deliver financial objectives.
