The Internal Communications Executive plays a key role in driving employee engagement, bringing brand stories and business strategy to life through compelling integrated internal communications campaigns. The company has a fantastic culture with a genuine care and focus on employees. The role is split between the West London office (2 days a week) and home (3 days a week).
The role involves:
- Development of communication plans and content for employees across multiple countries.
- Ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels, cascaded at all levels across all functions.
- Working with the Internal Communications Manager and HR to support the overall colleague experience and ensure two-way communication.
- Organising and leading colleague events and presenting to over 200 colleagues.
Ideal candidate:
- At least 12 months internal communications experience, ideally from a consumer-focused retail or hospitality organisation.
- Copywriting experience along with storytelling and a high attention to detail.
- Excellent at creating high-quality digital content.
- A self-starter able to run projects with the support of the manager.
- Proficient across all of Microsoft Office.
- Hands-on experience of translating business strategy, brand, and colleague insights into well-crafted stories.
- Fantastic leadership skills and qualities with a proven track record of driving a high-performance culture.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a large matrix company culture.
- Competent and comfortable presenter.
