The role:

  • As the HR Generalist you will be the contact for all employee inquiries, managing communications via email and phone.
  • Handle employment documentation, including contracts, right to work checks, and updates to employment terms.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all preparations are complete before their start date.
  • Administer HR processes such as the HR Generalist probation reviews, reference checks, and various leave requests.
  • Support recruitment efforts by posting job advertisements and assisting managers with the hiring process.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Manage HR-related invoices and process payroll correspondence from relevant authorities.
  • Assist with HR systems integration and migration tasks.

Ideal candidate:

  • Confident and outgoing individual.
  • Strong numerical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in an administrator-based role.
  • Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and ability to perform well under pressure.
