- Values-led organisation with a collaborative, people-first culture
- Known for investing in people, systems and long-term capability
What’s exciting:
- Opportunity to influence how finance operates across global markets
- Work at the centre of a growing international business with high visibility
- Lead process improvement, standardisation and best-practice reporting
- Hybrid working with exposure to senior global stakeholders
Key responsibilities:
- Own financial control and reporting for the Global Markets entity, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Standardise and improve finance processes across regions, including reporting, profitability, pricing and expense management
- Design, document and roll out best-practice finance processes globally
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and adoption
- Train regional teams on new processes and reporting frameworks
- Manage and develop one direct report
- Support ad-hoc global finance initiatives as required
Who you are:
- Experienced Finance Manager or Financial Controller with a process-improvement mindset
- Proven experience standardising or redesigning finance processes in international or matrix organisations
- Comfortable working across regions and influencing stakeholders remotely
- Strong systems and reporting capability (Oracle, Power BI or similar)
- Organised, structured and confident operating with autonomy
- Background in FMCG, consumer or international businesses preferred
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior finance professional looking to step into a global, strategic controller role with real influence on how finance is delivered across an international organisation.
