The role:

  • As Internal Communications Executive you will play a key part in the development of communication plans and content for employees across multiple countries
  • The Internal Communications Executive will ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels ensuring this is cascaded at all levels across all functions
  • In the role the Internal Communications Executive will work with the Internal Communications Manager and HR to support the overall colleague experience and ensure 2 way communication.
  • The Internal Communications Executive will play a key role in organising and leading colleague events and will be comfortable presenting to over 200 colleagues

Ideal candidate:

  • You will have at least 12 months internal communications experience, ideally gained from a consumer focused retail or hospitality organisations
  • Ideally for the Internal communications role you will have copy writing experience along with story telling and will have a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent at creating high quality digital content
  • It is essential for the internal communications executive to be a self starter and be able to run with projects with the support of the manager
  • Proficient across all of Microsoft Office
  • Have hands on experience of translating business strategy, brand and colleague insights into well crafted stories
  • It is essential for the internal communications executive to have fantastic leadership skills and qualities and have a proven track record of driving a high performance culture both with team and suppliers.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a large matrix company culture
  • Competent and comfortable presenter
