The role: * Lead the Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) agenda for the UK&I market, developing and executing a three-year strategy across local brands. * Manage and mentor a team of three SRM specialists, building capability and embedding best-in-class practices and tools. * Act as a key business partner to commercial teams, integrating SRM principles into brand and customer plans to optimise price, promotion, and assortment strategies. * Serve as the primary liaison between the UK&I market and the Regional SRM Director, ensuring consistency and alignment with regional priorities. * Own delivery of market SRM targets, driving robust reporting, insights, and continuous process improvements. Ideal candidate: * Experienced SRM, pricing, or commercial leader with a strong track record in FMCG or a similarly dynamic consumer-driven environment. * Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, with a passion for developing talent and building organisational capability. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable strategies. * Highly collaborative and influential, with excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders across markets and functions. * Commercially astute, with deep understanding of pricing, promotions, and assortment optimisation, and familiarity with SRM tools and methodologies.
