We're building a new kitchen team at the Seven Stars in Leigh - a much-loved Surrey Hills country pub under new ownership - and we're looking for an ambitious chef ready to join as our new Sous Chef. You don't necessarily need to have worked as a sous chef before as this is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to grow. You'll work closely with the Head Chef from day one, helping shape the culture, standards and identity of what we aim to become.

Our vision is to become one of the best food pubs in Surrey, serving seasonal, ingredient-led British food that's generous, accessible, and rooted in outstanding produce. This isn't fine dining or overcomplicated cooking - it's about brilliant food, great hospitality, and consistency at the highest level.
