The role:

  • Lead the end-to-end warehouse operation across goods-in, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock control
  • Build, develop, and manage a high-performing operational leadership team
  • Improve operational performance across service, efficiency, cost, and customer delivery metrics
  • Implement structure, SOPs, and process improvements to drive consistency and accountability
  • Support business growth by ensuring operational capability scales effectively

Ideal candidate:

  • Proven experience in an Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager, or Distribution leadership role
  • Strong leadership background managing large teams and developing frontline managers
  • Experience operating in fast-paced food, FMCG, wholesale, logistics, or distribution environments
  • Strong understanding of warehouse KPIs, including OTIF/OSOTIF, labour productivity, and stock accuracy
  • Commercially minded with a track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs
