About The Role

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing accounts such as Ocado, Waitrose, Amazon or Wholesale
  • Delivering agreed business KPIs and growth objectives
  • Ownership of volume and value forecasting, alongside internal P&L reporting
  • Supporting pricing and promotional strategy development
  • Leading Joint Business Planning (JBP) processes
  • Driving distribution gains, range reviews and NPD listings
  • Building strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance

Who We Are Looking For

  • 2 plus years experience in FMCG NAE/JNAM role
  • P&L owned and forecasting experience
  • Strong communication skills and relationship builder
  • A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to work closely within a small team
  • The energy to thrive in a rapidly growing, evolving business
  • A self-starter mindset with ambition to progress
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and sales forecasting tools
  • Experience with category data
  • Strong commercial acumen
