- Excellent flexible working - 3 days a week in the office and the rest from home (offer flexible hours).
- Support the implementation of all promotions and pricing changes within Trading Systems.
- Provide administrative data and process support to the commercial team to help improve accuracy and reduction of risk.
- Maintain promotional data, check for errors, and escalate issues when required.
- Aid with weekly price checks, promotion reviews and reporting packs.
- Upload and validate product lists, promotion mechanics and funding details.
- Ensure the promotions calendar and supporting documents are accurate and up to date.
- Gather information and aim to resolve queries while working alongside trading assistants, category teams and demand planning.
This role is ideal for commercially minded individuals with administration or data entry experience who are seeking their next opportunity, as well as graduates looking to start their careers in a commercial trading environment. It is essential to be comfortable working with data and structured processes.
