This role is ideal for an individual who wants to progress their career in a growing retailer and has experience of developing food to go products and propositions from concept to execution across stores.

Excellent flexible working - 3 days a week in the office and the rest from home (offer flexible hours).

The successful candidate will play a key role developing and executing new food to go concepts across hot food, coffee & bakery, supporting business growth through the roll out of new food and beverage propositions and products that delight customers.

The role involves sourcing new products and propositions, working cross-functionally with marketing, product development, buying, etc. to commercially bring food to go concepts to life. This includes pricing, promotions, and operational efficiencies.

Excellent operational understanding is required to ensure that these concepts are profitable and viable operationally.

The candidate will work with property operations and training teams to define and roll out operational standards and in-store execution to ensure the concepts and products are successfully launched across stores.

Responsibilities include managing trials and test and learn projects to continually evolve and shape the offering, as well as measuring and reviewing the commercial performance of new concepts and products, taking appropriate steps to ensure commercial objectives are delivered.

The role requires experience in creating, developing, sourcing, executing, and rolling out food and drink concepts and products, gained from food retail, hospitality, or leisure sectors, specifically across food to go, coffee, and bakery concepts.

It is essential to demonstrate excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, strong organisation, and attention to detail. Creative thinking and ideas, along with excellent data and insights skills, are also important.

The candidate should be a proactive, self-motivated individual who delivers results in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: Up to £70,000 base salary + car allowance, bonus, and benefits.

Location: 3 days a week in the office and the rest from home, with flexible hours.
