This Customer Marketing Manager role is ideal for a forward-thinking individual, who has experience of marketing to new and existing customers. The role is split between the office in Windsor (2 days) and home (3 days).
The successful Customer Marketing Manager will support National Account managers to develop bespoke customer marketing planning and activity to drive growth and build relationships. The Customer Marketing Manager will develop and execute sector marketing strategies to win, grow and retain business across all channels including digital.
As Customer Marketing Manager you will use insights to develop propositions that demonstrate a strong understanding of the customer. You will create a rolling marketing plan that incorporates on and offline activity. The Customer Marketing Manager will be a sector expert and be up to speed with trends and key issues affecting the sector.
You will have experience of leading and developing a customer marketing strategy gained from FMCG, hospitality or foodservice. The Customer Marketing Manager will have excellent insight skills with the ability to use the full marketing mix to deliver objectives. In addition, you will have excellent copywriting and digital skills.
Having fantastic relationship building skills, you will be able to communicate and influence with internal and external stakeholders. You will have excellent planning and organisation skills and will be able to work independently on your own initiative and be a self-starter with a can-do attitude.
