The Role – Brand Manager
- A hands-on UK role with real ownership, reporting into the European Senior Marketing Director.
- Deliver and execute UK brand marketing campaigns, from trade activations to social, sponsorships, and events.
- Support NPD launches and ensure seamless go-to-market execution.
- Manage day-to-day collaboration with category license partners and agencies.
- Work closely with supply chain, commercial, and packaging teams to deliver results.
- Control the UK marketing budget and actively contribute to the wider regional/global brand network.
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years in brand, trade, or marketing roles within FMCG or food & drink.
- Strong UK retail understanding, ideally having worked with grocery multiples.
- Confident delivering 360° campaigns and managing multiple projects at pace.
- A proactive, commercially minded self-starter with a collaborative approach.
