The role:
- Support the Senior National Account Manager across major grocery customers, helping deliver annual sales plans and customer growth targets
- Gain hands-on exposure to promotional planning, forecasting, retailer systems, new line launches, customer meetings and commercial negotiations
- Work closely with Category, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance teams, building a broad understanding of how a successful FMCG business operates
- Degree educated with a strong academic background and a genuine desire to build a long-term career in FMCG sales
- Experience within FMCG, retail, sales support, account management or other commercial functions
- Highly organised, numerate and commercially minded with the confidence to build relationships and influence stakeholders
Benefits & details:
- Up to £40k basic salary
- 9% bonus + benefits package
- 4 days per week in the St Albans office
