The role: As the HR Generalist, you will be the contact for all employee inquiries, managing communications via email and phone. Responsibilities include:

  • Handling employment documentation, including contracts, right to work checks, and updates to employment terms.
  • Overseeing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all preparations are complete before their start date.
  • Administering HR processes such as probation reviews, reference checks, and various leave requests.
  • Supporting recruitment efforts by posting job advertisements and assisting managers with the hiring process.
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Managing HR-related invoices and processing payroll correspondence from relevant authorities.
  • Assisting with HR systems integration and migration tasks.

Ideal candidate: A confident and outgoing individual with strong numerical skills and meticulous attention to detail. You should have prior experience in an administrator-based role, exceptional multitasking abilities, prioritisation skills, and the ability to perform well under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including Vlookups and mail merge), is required.
