Our client is a market-leading bakery business, renowned for their high-quality bakery products that are available to grab on-the-go. They offer over 500+ premium frozen baked good products and pride themselves on innovation and high-quality products.

The role involves:

  • Building strong relationships with both customers and colleagues, creating a positive and supportive team culture.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Being a customer-focused leader who thrives on resolving issues, improving experiences, and delivering excellent service.
  • Communicating effectively and working collaboratively across departments to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
  • Creating an engaging, high-performing environment where people feel valued, recognised, and empowered.

This is an office-based position of 40 hours per week. The customer office is open Sunday to Friday, and you would be expected to work 1 in every 4 Sundays.

Ideal candidate:

  • Great communicator and people leader managing a team of 16.
  • Ambitious and sees the value in the commission scheme.
  • Excellent organisation skills and a hard worker.
  • Resilient and comfortable making cold calls.

Benefits & details:

  • £32,500 basic salary + commission earning opportunity.
  • 5 days a week in their offices in Southall from 8 am to 5 pm (Sunday hours 8:30 am to 4:30 pm).
  • Training and development invested in you by the business.
