Leading FMCG supplier seeking a Shopper Marketing / Activation Manager with an international focus. This is a part-time role with a 4-day working week, offering a salary of £40-43k plus car allowance.

This food manufacturer is known for developing category-leading food brands and is recognised for its innovation. With continued investment in their brands and people, they are held in high regard by competitors and customers. The company boasts some of the most powerful brands in the grocery industry and has compelling growth plans to strengthen their portfolio further into international markets.
The Role:
This role is key to driving the activation of the brands in and close to stores, maximising ROI on budgets and delivering brand growth across international markets, predominantly in North America and Europe. We are seeking someone who can deliver best-in-class shopper activation strategies and executions with retail and distribution partners to make our brands the most compelling choice, increase conversion, and drive NPD awareness and trial.
The scope of this role covers all branded shopper-focused activities, including creative development, shopper-focused media planning, and activity execution with customers, aligning with their omni-channel approach.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Proven shopper marketing / brand experience within a branded FMCG environment.
- Experience in international markets, with a preference for North America.
- A forward-thinking, flexible attitude, with the drive and resilience to succeed and work from your own initiative.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability and a commercial mindset, able to work in an entrepreneurial fast-paced international business environment, flexing across diverse cultures and working styles.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships through a collaborative working style, as the role involves cross-functional team working.
