- Confidently leading pilot plant lab trials and upscaling to factory trials for both Pasta and Snack.
- Help organise and execute the main stages of development to develop and successfully launch products on time.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing on facilitating ideation & concept and with Technical, Engineering and Production departments for a successful scale up to factory trial and launch.
Degree in Food Science or relevant science related field.
- Understanding of the NPD Process in a food-based company with 1 - 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Understanding of Health & Safety, Food Regulations and HACCP.
- Strong administrative skills together with good computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Good project management skills.
- Be organised with good analytical data skills.
- Full Driving Licence with access to own car.
