National Account Manager (SNAM) – High-Growth Customers

Home-based (with travel) | Office in South East

The Role:

  • Join the UK sales team and take ownership of a small portfolio of high‑growth customers, where there is still huge untapped potential to unlock
  • Manage three customers worth approximately £15m combined; all in strong double‑digit growth and each with exciting plans for the year ahead, delivering +30%
  • Strategic, commercially impactful NAM role with full P&L responsibility driving profitable, sustainable growth across a dynamic customer base

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as a National Account Manager (SNAM) or an experienced Junior NAM looking for the next step
  • Background in FMCG or consumer goods, ideally with exposure to grocery, value or general merchandise channels
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills with the ability to build long‑term partnerships
  • Ambitious, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growth‑driven environment
