The Role
- Lead the full entry and expansion strategy into UK grocery multiples, owning priority accounts end-to-end
- Initial target customers Planet Organic, Whole Foods, Holland & Barrett, etc before major Grocery retailers
- Build senior buyer relationships, open new doors, and lead all ranging, pricing, and promotional negotiations
- Co-own the channel P&L with the founder, delivering forecasts, plans, and commercial outcomes
- Establish the blueprint for success in multiples and lay foundations for a future commercial team
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in UK grocery multiples within food, ideally health-led or clean-label categories
- Existing, active buyer relationships at leading UK multiples (this is essential)
- Proven track record of building accounts and categories from first listing to scale
- Commercially rigorous, credible under pressure, and comfortable operating in a hands-on, founder-led environment
Location: Central London (office-based) with frequent UK travel
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance-linked bonus
