Our client is an international household consumer electronics brand supplying to large retailers and buying groups. They are a leading brand name in both professional and domestic household manufacturing, well known for the quality and performance of their products.
The role involves managing a South & South-West established territory, including counties such as Berkshire, Hampshire, Wiltshire, and Surrey, with occasional travel to the South-West. You will be selling to a broad mix of customers, including independent electrical retailers, buying groups such as Euronics and John Lewis stores, contract cleaners, and care homes.
As a Regional Sales Account Manager, you will engage in hands-on account management, nurturing existing accounts and providing product support and in-store training with all relevant retail accounts. You will report to the UK Director and be customer-facing, acting as a strong ambassador for the brand and business.
Ideal candidate:
- Experience within consumer electronics or closely related product areas.
- Experience of selling to buying groups, independent electrical retailers, or B2B customers.
- Hands-on field sales experience and natural relationship-building skills.
- Able to travel across the territory and comfortable with field-based work, ideally located in the South or South-West.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organisational skills.
- A good team player, wanting to be part of a small close-knit UK operation.
