Our client: Founder led, high growth alcohol brand disrupting the UK on-trade with a premium, modern offering. Challenger brand with strong momentum in one of the fastest growing drinks categories. Focused on premium independent on-trade venues, with increasing visibility across on & off trade. Early stage but scaling fast, with continued investment planned across the commercial team. Offers genuine autonomy, ownership, and possibility to grow beyond Regional Account Manager within the business.
The role: As Regional Account Manager in London, you will own and grow the London territory, with a primary focus on new business. Win new listings and build strong relationships across premium and influencer on-trade accounts. Drive distribution, visibility, and rate of sale through high-quality in venue execution. Act as a brand ambassador in London, working closely with operators, GMs, and route to market partners. Balance new business acquisition with execution and repeat ordering to build sustainable territory growth.
You will have proven experience within On-Trade drink sales sector. You will be well versed dealing with premium on-trade customers, ideally having some connections within your territory. You will be a great communicator, capable of working independently and collaboratively within your team. Will be a driven individual, hungry to develop your career within the premium drinks industry.
Benefits & details: £45k - c£50k salary dependent on experience. Bonus, Travel + Package. Field Based – London.
