National Account Manager – Travel Retail

Home-based with UK travel

  • Whilst already listed with many high-profile Travel Retail customers (BA, P&O, LNER and many more) they have significant growth plans for this channel – which is where you come in!

The role:

  • We are seeking a talented National Account Manager to lead and grow its presence within the Travel Retail sector, covering key channels including Rail, Air and Cruise.
  • This is an exciting entrepreneurial opportunity to work with major distributors such as Cecil Macdonald, Avolta, and MSX, driving performance across this diverse and high-profile channel.
  • You will play a pivotal role in managing and developing commercial relationships, building joint business plans, and unlocking new opportunities to support continued growth in the travel sector.

Key Requirements

  • Proven track record in national account management, ideally within FMCG and travel retail environments
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build effective partnerships with distributors and customers
  • Experience working with or selling into travel retail accounts such as rail operators, airports, airlines, or cruise lines
  • Results-driven, ambitious, and confident in challenging the status quo to drive growth
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Package:

  • Open on salary, depending on experience!
  • 10% bonus
  • Matched pension up to 10%
  • Field-based contract – all travel expensed
