A leading Private Label Foods business, known for innovation and quality. Ambitious and growth-focused, with a strong presence in the FMCG sector. Now seeking a dynamic National Account Manager to manage a key food retailer.
The Role: As National Account Manager, you will report into the National Account Controller for this key account, with full P&L and JBP responsibility for part of this #1 customer. You will work cross functionally to deliver their Retailer Own Brand strategy for this customer, owning execution of plans focusing on core range, NPD listings, distribution gaps, and promotional activities. Lead range review negotiations with category insights and support. Forecast financial performance and analyse post-activity results to drive future success. Report weekly performance, providing detailed variance analysis.
What We're Looking For:
- Private label experience - Operating at National Account Manager level with substantial experience in developing Private Label customer partnerships, particularly with major retailers in Grocery and premium food retailers.
- Commercially driven - Experience in FMCG Customer Management with direct P&L ownership or within a Customer Account team part managing the JBP for grocery retailers.
- Industry knowledge - Exceptional understanding of Food & Drink commercial best practices and outstanding communication skills.
