Overview

National Account Controller – Impulse

Lead the development and execution of a multi-year strategy to drive market share and distribution across impulse channels (convenience, wholesale, forecourts). This is a highly commercial, insight-led role with line management responsibility and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

  • Own the channel strategy and execution across product, pricing, promotion, and placement
  • Lead, develop and empower a team of 4 along with indirect third-party sales partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver aligned channel campaigns and NPD launches
  • Build and manage senior-level relationships with key retail, wholesale, and distribution partners
  • Act as the internal authority on the impulse category, leveraging data to drive decisions

We’re looking for an individual with the commercial depth and channel experience to make an immediate and long-term impact. You must have deep knowledge of the impulse/convenience channel and a proven ability to develop and implement winning channel strategies and trading terms. Strong leadership skills, ideally with line management and third-party oversight experience. A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for winning in fast-paced environments.
