Marketing Controller opportunity within a category leading healthy food brand

Location: Dorset

Our client:

  • Our client is a global branded food manufacturer with instantly recognisable leading brands
  • A business with strong brand heritage producing sustainably sourced natural and healthy food
  • This role is perfect if you want to be a brand leader within a globally recognised business whilst operating within an innovative and fast-paced working environment.

The role:

  • We are looking for a highly experienced Marketing Controller to drive brand plans and strategy to ensure delivery of growth
  • Ensure innovation plans are delivered in line with business strategy
  • Lead, develop and motivate a team of 3 direct reports
  • Live and breathe the brand vision acting as a key strategic and commercial brand owner in the business
  • Own the brand P&L, ensuring marketing investments deliver measurable ROI.
  • Classically trained marketer with experience within a branded FMCG environment operating at a senior marketing level
  • Strong experience of working cross-functionally and leading an organisation to work to one growth agenda
  • Experience of leading and coaching a team of direct reports
  • Experience operating in a full marketing mix capacity is essential
  • A commercially and analytically aware individual, comfortable developing and presenting business case, turning data into recommendations
  • Experience of brand P&L value management, able to demonstrate good commercial judgement is a must
  • Passion, energy, enthusiastic and ready to make a big impact in a small team.
