The company invests in brand building, commercial growth, and long-term customer partnerships, providing a long-term growth plan with clear ambitions to expand across on- and off-trade. This Business Development Manager role is integral to that journey.
The role involves driving new business growth across the North on-trade while developing existing customer relationships. You will build and manage a structured regional pipeline, supported by CRM and reporting tools, and work closely with internal teams to deliver campaigns, proposals, and commercial activity. Additionally, you will represent the business at trade events, tastings, and industry opportunities.
The ideal candidate is personable, confident, and engaging with different types of customers, keen to make an impact in a fast-growing business. You should ideally have experience within drinks, FMCG, or hospitality from a sales perspective or related fields. Proven experience in opening up new doors, winning new business, and driving sales in a regional role—ideally in drinks—is essential. A strong communicator with the ability to build long-term, value-led customer relationships is also required.
