The Opportunity

  • Own and optimise e Commerce performance across key UK retail customers.
  • Manage retail media campaigns across Citrus Ad and Criteo.
  • Drive online visibility, conversion and digital shelf excellence.
  • Analyse performance data to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI.
  • Partner closely with Commercial, Brand, Category and NPD teams.
  • Support the deployment of a c.£400k annual retail media budget.
  • Gain exposure to both branded and own-label products within a growing FMCG business.

What We're Looking For

  • This could be your first or second e Commerce, Commercial or National Account Executive role.
  • A naturally commercial mindset with a passion for driving growth and delivering results.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with strong Excel capability and attention to detail.
  • Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Curious, proactive and eager to learn.
  • FMCG, Retail or e Commerce experience would be beneficial, but attitude and potential are what matter most.
