The role: Coordinate end-to-end logistics across the UK and EU, managing deliveries via road, ferry, and courier to ensure on-time, in-full service to customers. Act as the key point of contact between customers, warehouses, and transport partners, resolving queries and maintaining strong service relationships. Manage accurate system input across ERP platforms, including order processing, stock allocations, and warehouse instructions. Prepare and manage all shipping and compliance documentation, including invoices, VAT calculations, packing lists, and dangerous goods paperwork. Support wider operational efficiency through stock reconciliations, supplier invoice processing, issue resolution, and involvement in continuous improvement projects.
Ideal candidate: The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and French. (Any other European languages are beneficial) You will have at least two years’ experience in procurement or commercial support within a fast-paced supply-chain environment. You will bring strong analytical skills, with confidence interpreting pricing data and supplier quotations. Excellent communication and customer-facing skills are essential, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. You will be highly proficient in Excel, with experience in Power BI or similar tools considered beneficial.
