Key Account Manager – Online & prestige

Home Based – Southeast/ London

Our client:

  • In a period of investment and growth across their sales team and recruiting a talented Key Account Manager to join their off-trade team.

The role:

  • As Key Account Manager you will be tasked with developing and nurturing current relationships in online and specialist retail.
  • Manage a core number of agreed key accounts, including Harrods & Selfridges, working closely with the line manager to help grow the channel.
  • Work with a mix of pure-play online and hybrid specialist retailers (those with physical stores), planning and executing events, activations, and visibility initiatives to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • You will be fully P&L responsible for your customers, ensuring commercial targets are met.

Ideal candidate:

  • Have had experience in account management or sales, of dealing with premium or broader drinks, luxury goods, or branded FMCG.
  • You will have proven experience within off-trade channel, ideally prestige or e-com.
  • You will be a great communicator, capable of working independently and collaboratively within your team.
  • Will be a driven individual, hungry to develop your career within the premium spirits industry.
