Play a key role supporting both business development and core sales operations. Ideal for someone early in their sales career seeking exposure to the full sales cycle. Hands-on, fast-moving role requiring strong organisation, initiative, and commercial understanding. Opportunity to contribute directly to commercial growth and long-term customer development.

  • Identify and research new customer opportunities to fuel commercial growth.
  • Support the sales pipeline and forecasting to keep momentum strong.
  • Drive lead generation through outbound calls, networking, events, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Supply Chain to deliver winning commercial plans.
  • Track and report sales results, sharing clear insights to boost performance.
  • Provide essential sales admin support to keep the team running efficiently.

2–3 years’ experience in commercial or sales roles, ideally B2B FMCG (food, drink, or private-label experience helpful but not essential).

Skills:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with confidence to influence.
  • Confident with systems, CRM tools, and data.

Salary: c£34k + Bonus
